Amazing Agent Luna

Luna is the perfect secret agent.  A girl grown in a lab from the best genetic material, she has been trained since she was born 15 years ago to be the U.S. ultimate weapon.  But now she is given an assignment that will test all of her abilities - high school.  She is sent to high school to pose as a student in order to uncover an evil plot.  Luna's training leaves her completely unprepared to handle all the stresses and strains of an ordinary teenage life/relationships. Making friends, creating rivals, and actually having her first crush on the bad boy Jonah, which happens to be the son of her arch-nemesis Count Von Brucken.  If that wasn't bad enough Luna's "father" is the overly warm ad fuzzy Dr. Andy and her "mother" is the always business-like unemotional Control.

Noragami

Noragami begins with an average high school girl named Hiyori, who seems to be fated encounter with a homeless god named Yato. When Hiyori first sees Yato she pushes him out of the way of an incoming bus when he suddenly runs into traffic.  As a result she is rushed to the hospital, but from then on she gains somewhat troublesome habit of losing her actual (physical) body and takes on a similar form, but travels around as her soul separated from her body.  Deciding she couldn't live her life like this she begs Yato and pays him in advance to restore her back to her original form, and thus the 2 connect and Hiyori is introduced to the world outside of our reality.

In the second season of Noragami the main focus is on the god of war, Bishamon.  She has loads of shinki due to the fact that she is unable to abandon spirits attacked by Ayakashi.  She has a large group of shinki with her as the leader causing her trouble as she can't always tend to all of the them properly, especially when one of them gets sick or is in pain.  She has a strong hate of Yato, thanks to the past that binds them.  So the question is how will they events dated 100's of years ago in combination with current evil happening affect Yato and his comrade Yukine?

Death Note

A god of death can kill anybody-provided they see their victim's face and are able to write their victim's name in the Death Note (notebook kind of thing).  Ryuk "a god of death" became bored of the shinigami lifestyle and seemed interested in seeing how a human would use a Death Note, and he drops one into the human realm.

Yagami a high school student and is considered a prodigy stumbles upon the Death Note, and tests out the deadly notebook by writing a criminal's name in it.  After the criminal dies immediately following his experiment with the Death Note, Yagami is surprised and quickly recognizes how devastating the power that has fallen in his hands could be.

So with this new power Yagami decides to kill all criminals in order to build up a brand new world where there is no crime, and also a world where all the people worship him as a god.  But it is quickly discovered that the police have indeed discovered a serial killer who is targeting criminals and they try to apprehend the culprit. The catch is that the investigators must count on the assistance of the best detective in the world (a young and eccentric man known only by the name L.)
